Return and Refund Policies

Overview (READ ME FIRST!)

At POISE Beverly Hills, we stand by our product quality and natural ingredients as a professional makeup brand.

However, should you ever encounter any issues with our products or they do not meet your needs, you are welcome to submit a return of your product order within 30 days of making it.

We can also exchange items for you if the items have not yet been used or touched, and you still retain their original packaging (e.g. you bought one color or shade and it it does not look as you had expected).

If your return meets the conditions stated in our return and refund policies below, you will receive a full refund on your purchase back to your original method of payment. Any shipping fees incurred will not be included in your refund.

Please note that ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND WILL NOT BE REFUND-ELIGIBLE.

Eligibility

All returns and refunds are eligible for 30 days after a purchase.

If 30 days have passed since your initial date of purchase, we can no longer offer you a return or full refund.

Only products purchased online in Canada from POISE Beverly Hills are eligible for a return and refund.

We do not accept any returns of products purchased from our other POISE branches in the USA and other parts of the world. Any promotional items that were provided along with the purchase you are returning must also be returned to us.

POISE Beverly Hills reserves the right to deny returns that do not fulfill our policies or have been tampered with or abused.

Product Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Return claims must be approved first.

Products that are to be returned to us must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or a proof of purchase from you.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept used products and we do not accept product exchanges.

We ship all of our orders with Canada Post, and so we kindly request that you make your return to us with Canada Post.

Product Refunds

Once your return has been received by our staff here at the POISE Beverly Hills office and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned order and its items.

When everything has been confirmed on our end, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a week.

Late Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we ask that you first check with your bank and/or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund has been officially processed and posted.

Damaged Items in an Order

In very rare cases, when an order is shipped and delivered, it may come damaged due to circumstances beyond our control that occur with the courier.

In such cases, we ask that you contact us by phone or by email with your order number and proof of purchase (receipt) so that we may investigate and exchange the damaged items for you.

We also ask that you please do not touch the packaging or items so that we can retain evidence of the damage for inspection and record-keeping purposes.
