Delivery Options
PRIMARY – Shipping with Canada Post
Orders made on the POISE Beverly Hills online store will be shipped only to a valid shipping address within Canada. If your primary shipping address is unavailable, please write down an alternative shipping address so that we can deliver your order to there.
As we get your order, we start working on it and will dispatch it as soon as possible. However, if you place your order on weekends or holidays, your order will be processed on the next working day.
You can expect to receive your parcel within 2-3 working days. However, this shipping time is tentative and counted from the day of shipping, rather than the date of order.
SECONDARY – Pick up your order at our head office in Vancouver
We also offer our customers the option to pick up their order in person at our Vancouver Studio.
Customers who choose this option do not have to go through Canada Post or pay any shipping fees on their order(s) if applicable.
